Swiss Medtech Webinar

Sustainability regulation after Omnibus – significance for Swiss companies

In recent years, sustainability regulation in Switzerland has increasingly converged with that of the EU. At the same time, many Swiss companies were directly affected by the Green Deal regulation, especially in the area of reporting. SMEs were often affected indirectly, as their customers demanded sustainability data. The omnibus regulation presented at the end of February has therefore also caused considerable uncertainty in Switzerland.

In this webinar, Niclas Meyer of BSS Basel will discuss the impact of the Omnibus Regulation on Swiss companies and how Swiss and EU regulation will interact in the future.

Hiba Arshad and Laurent Beuselinck from ERM provide recommendations for companies. Using concrete examples, they show the challenges and opportunities presented by the new regulations and what companies should be preparing for now.

Target group

Sustainability officers and regulatory affairs managers of companies directly or indirectly affected by reporting requirements. The event will be offered in English on 15 April. It is free of charge for members of Swiss Medtech. All other interested parties can register for a fee of CHF 60. Please send us your most pressing questions at time of registration.
